Manufacturing defects, covered. Free pickup and replacement in West Malaysia.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a mechanical fault shows up because of how the machine was built, it's covered. In West Malaysia, confirmed defects get free pickup and a replacement unit sent to your door.

Standard 1-year warranty is included with every machine. Add 1 or 2 more years for complete coverage.

What's not covered
Misuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and water damage from skipping descaling. Using detergents other than Super Clean™ washing tablets may void the warranty.
When coverage begins

Your warranty starts on your chosen date — EDD or purchase.

Order the machine weeks or months before baby arrives and you still get the full warranty period from the day you actually start using it. Pre-order parents get every day of coverage they paid for.

Register your warranty after purchase with your serial number and EDD. Extended warranty purchases are linked automatically.

Coverage options
1-year extension gives you 2 years total from your chosen start date. 2-year extension gives you 3 years total and saves RM32 versus buying two 1-year extensions.

When does the warranty actually start?

On your chosen start date — your baby's EDD or your purchase date. Buy the machine months before baby arrives and your full warranty period still begins when you actually start using it.

What's the difference between the 1-year and 2-year extension?

The 1-year extension adds one year on top of the standard warranty, giving you 2 years total from your chosen start date. The 2-year extension adds two years, giving you 3 years total. The 2-year is RM186 versus RM217 for two consecutive 1-year extensions, so it's better value if you want longer cover.

How do I register my warranty?

You'll get a warranty registration email after purchase. Complete the form with your serial number and your baby's estimated due date. Extended warranty purchases are linked to your registration automatically.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email us at supportmy@nuviebaby.com with your serial number, your registration details, and a short description of the issue. In West Malaysia, we arrange free pickup and send a replacement unit. The whole process is handled locally.

Can I transfer the warranty if I sell or gift the machine?

The warranty is tied to the original purchaser and registration. If you're gifting the machine, register it under the recipient's details from the start so cover stays intact.

Does the warranty work outside Malaysia?

Free pickup and replacement is West Malaysia only. We can't service machines taken overseas. If you move, get in touch and we'll talk through what's possible.

Can I buy the extended warranty later?

Extended warranty is best added at checkout with your machine. If you missed it, register your warranty on nuviebaby.com within 30 days of your original purchase and you can add it then.
