We ship from our local warehouse in Subang Jaya. Most orders arrive fast.
West Malaysia
Free delivery on all orders within West Malaysia. East Malaysia ships for a flat RM50.
We dispatch fast from our local fulfilment centre in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Monday to Friday.
International
We currently ship within West Malaysia only. If you're based elsewhere and interested, email us at supportmy@nuviebaby.com and we'll see what we can do.
Order tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email us at supportmy@nuviebaby.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Damaged on arrival
If your machine arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours at supportmy@nuviebaby.com. We'll get a replacement to you as fast as possible.
